Premier
Two planned visits per year
Every Standard benefit, plus a second scheduled tune-up and additional covered-call, repair-allowance, and certain non-repairable replacement-credit benefits, subject to eligibility and exclusions.
- Two scheduled tune-ups per covered system each year (Spring and Fall)
- $0 on covered visits (Premier)
- Up to $1,500 per membership year per covered system for eligible major-component repairs (repair allowance). Waiting period (plan terms §2.3): "Repair coverage activates immediately after Hales AC completes your first included tune-up." Otherwise, "repair coverage activates automatically 60 days after enrollment." Repairs found on that first visit are not covered by the allowance but get the 20% member discount.
