Casey responded very promptly to our request for service. I was quite pleased at the rapidity of the response. He confidently diagnosed and repaired the problem. That level of professional service is the reason we chose Hale's for our HVAC needs.
Charles took care of us today and did a wonderful job. Our AC was not cooling and Charles found too MUCH coolant and reduced the compressor function. In a few minutes he recalibrated the coolant and our unit cooled down quickly. Great job on a hot day! Thanks Charles
