Casey responded very promptly to our request for service. I was quite pleased at the rapidity of the response. He confidently diagnosed and repaired the problem. That level of professional service is the reason we chose Hale’s for our HVAC needs.

We are very happy with Hales AC. They replaced our entire AC system. Our home was a bit challenging due to all the different ceiling heights but Charles did an amazing job with the install. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend Hales!

David the technician was great. From start to finish he kept me informed on the progress. At the end of the installation he made sure that I knew how to operate my new system. Great job.
