How we serve St. Petersburg
Hales AC works from its office at 4700 95th St N (St. Petersburg mailing address), has served the Tampa Bay area since 1986, and knows the local housing stock: Old Northeast bungalows that need careful retrofit work, Snell Isle waterfront homes with salt-air condenser stress, and Shore Acres mid-century blocks where older ductwork deserves close evaluation. Appointment timing is confirmed when service is booked.
St. Petersburg climate note: St. Petersburg homes range from 1920s Mediterranean Revival in Old Northeast to mid-century block-construction in Shore Acres — each housing era has a different ductwork profile that dictates whether replacement vs. retrofit is the right call.
